Under a beautiful sun and a summer temperature, sixteen local teams, gathered this last weekend (15 and 16 September) at the Tennis Club of Valras-Plage to play a tournament of PADEL of category "P100".

This Tournament qualifies for the final phase of the "National Padel Cup ”which will take place at the end of October in Cap d'Agde. The participants gave their all for two days giving a very good overview of this spectacular and growing sport. The meetings have multiplied, in an attempt to win the ticket for the final. Depending on the rankings, the players (confirmed or novices) faced each other in short formats. The less experienced players were therefore able to face more experienced opponents.

On Saturday, non-stop matches from 9h00 to 21h00.

The finals, played Sunday morning, gave rise to highly contested and high level games! The seeded win without flinching and climb to the final.

For the women, (unfortunately few registered), the victory goes to the pair ILARDO / MAULET For the men, the final opposed JM LAGLOIRE / F. GUIRAL members of the Club de la Vière, to the pair O.ANDRE / J. FREEMAN. The victory went, logically, to the first nominated. They overcame their opponents thanks to their sense of the game and their knowledge of competition. The game thrilled the many spectators present.

The pair M. SERIN / R. FERRER wins the Mixed category.

All the participants and the club are very satisfied with this first NPC edition which took place in a friendly and festive atmosphere, that's also the spirit PADEL.

All is over around a delicious buffet.
