There is no mistake, the event had the air of a major event. Forest Hill of Marnes-la-Coquette, the spectators had the chance to attend a rare spectacle : Paul-Henri Mathieu, Mansour Bahrami, Christophe Roger-Vasselin et Richard Gasquet, about to make his farewell to Roland-Garros, were all there, racket in hand. And it wasn't just to pose for a photo. Mansour Bahrami, true to form, performed a series of magician's moves, transforming each exchange into a show. At his side, Roger-Vasselin played the elegant card, Gasquet distributed his famous one-handed backhands, and Mathieu showed that he had lost none of his touch. A gala atmosphere that left its mark.
A P500 to liven up the weekend
But behind the smiles and the captions, there was competition. P500 was an opportunity for players to score some points. In the final, the #1 seeded, Jules Marie and Romain Coirault, found themselves facing Thibault de Galbert et Jordan Huart, seeded No. 2. This is the pair Marie/Coirault who took the upper hand (6-1/6-4), confirming their status as favorites.
Sunday: time for the padel show
On Sunday, tennis gave way to padel, with a Pro AM tournament where amateurs were able to rub shoulders with the best. Maxime Joris, French No. 6, and Carla Toully, 81st in the world FIP ranking, were the headliners. Amateurs had the opportunity to exchange balls with the professional players, quickly becoming aware of the gap class which separates the Sunday enthusiasts from the experts.

A first edition that calls for others
Le Head Padel Paris Tennis succeeded in its bet. Between the legends of French tennis and the French padel stars, the spectators were treated to a unique cocktail of competition and show.
And given the enthusiasm of both players and the public, we can bet that this Head Padel Paris Tennis will resurface at Forest Hill in Marnes-la-Coquette.
