With the health crisis, the 2020 international competitions were postponed to 2021. This is why we will have a very rich second semester in padel.

The FFT is picking up the pace in order to be more and more present on the international scene.

Un selection course is also organized from May 27 to 30 at the Tennis Club du Mas in Perpignan.

Several Championships are organized this year:

- the European Seniors Championships from June 28 to July 4 in Marbella in which the French teams will participate

- the U18 World Championships by teams from September 20 to 26

- the Senior Plus World Championships in Las Vegas October 11-17. For the moment, France had never participated in these championships. But the FFT hopes to find a consensus despite the crisis and budgetary restrictions to be present in the USA. A financial contribution may be requested from players who wish to be present during this event. The FFT should come back to this theme very soon.

- the Senior World Championships in Doha (Qatar) from November 15 to 21. These are the 2020 World Championships which have therefore been postponed to the end of the year. Worlds which take place every two years and which should host the biggest international competition ever between nations.

Indeed, the FIP benefits from a development of padel on an unprecedented international scale. We have also seen new nations become members of the FIP over the past two years.
