The club Arsenal Padel Tarbes will welcome 24 26 in October la 3rd edition of the EDENAUTO Pyrenees International Tournament Padel Armchair, a meeting now firmly established in the French para-sports calendar. The event will bring together 15 pairs from 5 nationalities, marking a record participation for a wheelchair padel competition organized in France.

An edition with a European dimension

This year, the tournament takes a new step forward with the arrival of players from all over Europe.

  • For first time, two Italians, Andrea Agostini et Andrea Pacini, will travel from Rome.
  • The Englishman Louis Telford, originally from Manchester, will also take part in the event.
  • On Netherlands will be represented by Robin Ammerlaan, former Paralympic tennis champion, associated with another Olympic champion, Laurent GiammartiniUnlucky finalists last year, they will try to go all the way this time.
  • THESpain, a great nation of wheelchair padel, will line up eleven players, including world number 1 Edorta of Anta, who will come to defend his title alongside Luis Peinaldo (Valence).

An ambitious French contingent

La France will count 15 players, a large part of which comes from the National Top 16. Among them:

  • Le French champion 2025, Sebastien Husser-Walther, finalist of the previous edition, will team up with Dorian Navarro, French number 1 et French champion 2024.
  • There’s nothing quite like a unpublished pair will also be followed: Nicolas Vanlerberghe (2024 French champion) associated with the Spaniard Andoni Velasco.
  • Finally, the pair Maxime Cabanne / Vianney Martin, winner of the last P100, will try to confirm its good momentum.
