4PADEL continues its expansion in France and is strengthening its teams. With more than twenty clubs and over 120 courts spread across different regions, the brand is structuring its organization to support the growth of the sport and meet the daily needs of its centers.
Open positions: field teammates and coaches
4PADEL is recruiting padel specialists for two categories of positions: courtside teammates and coaches. These roles are essential for welcoming players, providing sports coaching, and managing clubs.
The role of the field teammate
The field team member is on the front line in welcoming the public and representing the brand. Their responsibilities include:
- welcoming and assisting customers
- the sale of commercial offers, B2B and B2C
- the management and organization of tournaments and academies
- cash collection and routine administrative follow-up
- general infrastructure maintenance
- participation in the inclusive actions of the "It plays for everyone" program
This position offers a significant degree of autonomy and allows for progression towards greater responsibilities, in direct contact with managers.
The versatile team member alongside the center director
A second profile sought concerns the versatile team member, who assists the center director in all tasks related to the life of the club:
- Reception and reservation management
- business development with companies, schools, associations
- maintenance of the center
- bar and pro shop management
- organization of sporting events, tournaments and championships
- animation and communication on social networks
Required skills include a minimum of two years of post-secondary education (sports science, management, or business), proficiency in office software, and a good understanding of social media. Regular padel playing, attention to detail, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills are considered assets.
Opportunities for 4PADEL coaches
4PADEL is also opening positions for coaches, either on permanent contracts or as freelance contractors, depending on the center. The coach works within the 4PADEL Training Club, runs the youth padel school, and participates in introductory sessions organized during events.
The regions currently prioritized are:
- Bordeaux
- Lille Seclin
- Ile-de-France
