4PADEL continues its development in France  with the opening of a  new indoor complex at Velizy-villacoublay (Yvelines) . Planned for  September 2026 , this future club will  10 covered tracks  and is already accompanied by a recruitment campaign to find its future  center director or their future director .

A new 4PADEL complex in Île-de-France

The 4PADEL brand continues to expand its national network. After several openings in recent years, it is now  Vélizy-Villacoublay (78)  which will house a new complex dedicated to padel.

The objective is clear: to offer a  modern site  with  10 indoor courts , designed for both regular players and beginners, in a friendly environment and equipped with premium infrastructure.

The opening is announced for  September 2026 with the ambition to become one of the new reference places for padel in western Paris.

4PADEL is looking for its future center director

In parallel with this opening,  4PADEL is recruiting the director of the future complex .

The position, offered in  long-term contract, will begin from the  15th July 2026  , in order to prepare for the opening of the site.

The future manager's responsibilities will include, among other things:

  •  managing economic performance  of the complex by monitoring key management indicators;
  •  manage the teams , from recruitment to training and employee development;
  •  to ensure the proper functioning of the site , by overseeing daily operations, security, maintenance and customer relations.

A profile geared towards management and development

For this position, 4PADEL is looking for a candidate with a  proven experience in profit center management or operational management , with a genuine passion for padel.

The announced salary is between  between 36,000 and 43,000 euros gross per year , for a position held  Service , without the possibility of teleworking.

With this new location in Vélizy-Villacoublay,  4PADEL confirms its commitment to strengthening its network in the Île-de-France region. , a region where demand for padel continues to grow rapidly. The future complex should therefore contribute to supporting the growth of the sport in the Yvelines and more broadly in the western Île-de-France region.
