With the opening of its new complex in Saint-Denis, 4PADEL is launching a recruitment campaign to strengthen its teams. The network, which already boasts more than 20 clubs in France, is looking for on-court teammates with a passion for padel to help welcome customers, develop business, and run the center. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing brand in the world of padel.
The group 4PADEL , which today has more than 20 clubs et 120 tracks on French territory, continues its expansion with the opening of a new center in St Denis .
Le 4PADEL CAO Saint-Denis will offer padel enthusiasts a comprehensive range of services, in keeping with the group's values: accessibility, friendliness and quality of welcome.
Recruitment underway for the new center
As part of this opening, 4PADEL recruits teammates specialized in padel Their mission will consist in particular of:
- Guarantee a quality customer welcome and convey a positive image of the brand
- Promote commercial offers (B2B and B2C)
- Manage and run padel tournaments and academies
- Ensure the collection and maintenance of the club
- Participate in the “It’s a game for everyone” program by promoting inclusive and responsible practice
The teammates will also be in contact with various local partners such as schools, associations, youth centers and communities.
A versatile position
Under the responsibility of the center director, the missions will cover several areas:
- Reception and reservation management
- Commercial prospecting (companies, works councils, associations, schools)
- Bar and Proshop Management
- General maintenance of the center
- Implementation of communication and entertainment activities (tournaments, events, championships)
- Social media animation
Required profile :
Minimum Bac+2 education (STAPS, sports management or business school), mastery of office tools (Office), good knowledge of social networks, regular practice of padel, organizational skills, creativity, adaptability and team spirit.
