Are you passionate about padel and want to share your know-how while boosting a sports community? 4PADEL Vaires-Torcy recruits  a permanent or freelance padel coach  to supervise, lead and develop the padel section within its complex.

 Your main missions 

 Course supervision 

  • Offer individual and group lessons adapted to all levels and all ages.
  • Promote progressive and engaging teaching with an emphasis on progress and the pleasure of the game.
  • Embody and transmit the values ​​of 4PADEL.

 Animation and development of the padel section 

  • Organize and host events in collaboration with the club team.
  • Strengthen the dynamic around padel by retaining members and attracting new players.

 Development of partnerships 

  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to increase the visibility and influence of the complex.
  • Building a network of strong and active partners.

 Ambassador Babolat 

  • Promote the partner brand’s products (racquets, shoes, textiles, accessories) through testing sessions and advice to players.
  • Contribute to the development of proshop sales.

 Propose innovative projects 

  • Imagine new initiatives to enrich the club's offering and strengthen player engagement.

 Your profile

  •  A valid professional sports instructor card. 
  •  A diploma  allowing supervision for payment (DFMP, TFP, DE Tennis, etc.).
  • Your  town of residence , to be specified in your CV.
