Blois is preparing to welcome a new, innovative multi-leisure center, driven by a private initiative. Scheduled for March/April 2027, this opening will mark the arrival of a large-scale facility, developed by a local investor, with the ambition of offering a unique range of sports, entertainment, and immersive experiences in the Blois area.
Conceived as a true living space, this future complex will bring together three major concepts on a single site: 4PADEL , EVA (Esports Virtual Arenas) et QUIZ ROOM . A combination still rare in France, which will position Blois as an attractive destination for fans of gaming, technology and sports activities.
A living space open to all audiences
The project aims to appeal to a broad audience: families, groups of friends, sports enthusiasts, businesses, and local associations. The objective is to offer a comprehensive, complementary, and accessible range of activities that promote sports participation, social interaction, and shared experiences.
Beyond the leisure aspect, the center intends to actively contribute to the economic and social attractiveness of the territory, by generating local flows and creating a new meeting place for residents and visitors alike.
The planned equipment
The future multi-leisure center will include, in particular:
- 8 padel courts 4PADEL , including 2 single rooms, suitable for both recreational and competitive use, with a ceiling height of 9 to 10 meters
- 1 EVA arena dedicated to esports and immersive virtual reality
- 1 QUIZ ROOM Inspired by television studios, for fun and interactive experiences
- 1 Club House , a central space for relaxation and socializing
- 1 Proshop area dedicated to advice, equipment and accessories
- 1 augmented reality darts area combining precision and technology
- 1 seminar room , suitable for professional events, team building and private requests
- 1 terrace with a pétanque court to extend the experience in a friendly setting
A structuring project for Blois
Through this initiative, the investor aims to contribute to the region's economic vitality by offering a modern, unifying infrastructure geared towards new leisure trends. Sports, virtual reality, interactive gaming, and shared spaces will be brought together in a single location, designed to meet current expectations for collective experiences.

The design and preparation phases are proceeding according to schedule. Further information regarding the progress of the construction and the opening arrangements will be provided in the coming months.
See you in spring 2027 to discover a new leisure experience in Blois.
