In Paris, Allure wants to reinvent women's networking through sport.
Building connections, expanding your network, and sharing experiences in an authentic setting: that's the ambition of... Allure , a new concept conceived around the paddle , women's networking and professional development . Founded by Camille Sireix et Théodore Guillet This business club aims to bring together inspiring women from different backgrounds to promote networking, opportunities and the sharing of experiences.
The first edition will take place on June 9 in Paris and will bring together 16 participants. The objective: to offer a different format from traditional networking events by placing people, sport and conviviality at the heart of the experience.
An idea born from inspiring encounters
As she approached her thirties, one thing gradually became clear to Camille Sireix: the richness of the encounters she had the chance to make throughout her career.
Entrepreneurs , leaders , elite athletes Whether independent or pursuing ambitious projects, these women share a common ability to move forward, to undertake projects, and to build their own path.
Behind each of these journeys lie successes, but also doubts, failures, and valuable lessons.
Over the years, these exchanges have proven to be among the most enriching experiences of his career. Some encounters have been inspiring, others have opened doors or created unexpected opportunities.
A conviction then emerged: the best professional opportunities often arise from sincere human relationships.
It was from this idea that... Allure .
Padel as a catalyst for encounters
With Théodore Guillet Camille Sireix envisioned a project capable of bringing together inspiring women around three pillars: the sport , the sharing et the network .
The goal is to offer a space where participants can meet in a different way, develop their professional network, share their experiences and inspire each other.
The choice of paddle it became obvious.
As a professional player, Camille Sireix has observed how this sport has a unique ability to create connections. On the court, exchanges are spontaneous, barriers quickly fall away, and conversations develop much more easily than at a traditional networking event.
She also noted that many women wanted to discover this sport but did not always dare to take the plunge.
Allure was therefore designed to be accessible to all, regardless of their level of practice.

An experience designed to encourage interaction
Each edition begins with a welcome cocktail allowing participants to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
The evening then continued with a session of 1.5-hour padel session , supervised by a coach and hosted alongside Camille Sireix.
Through various workshops, exercises and moments of exchange, the participants are led to meet naturally in a friendly and caring atmosphere.
After sports, it's time for... diner cocktail designed to extend discussions and deepen connections created on the track.
Every detail is designed to offer a genuine experience and encourage interaction between participants, partners, and companies present.
Transmission at the heart of the project
Beyond sport and networking, Allure gives a central place to transmission.
At each edition, a woman with an inspiring journey will share her story, the challenges she has faced, the lessons learned from her experience, and the keys that have allowed her to move forward.
For this first edition, Camille Sireix herself will speak to discuss her career between high-level sport et entrepreneurship .
Two worlds that taught him the resilience , the failure management , the perseverance and the importance of believing in one's projects in the long term.
Build a community before building a network
Allure's ambition goes beyond organizing one-off events.
The project aims to bring together women from diverse backgrounds but sharing the same desire: to learn, progress and surround themselves with inspiring people.
For its founders, the best opportunities don't arise from a simple exchange of business cards. They are built over time, through trust, sharing, and authentic relationships.
The adventure begins today in Paris with the desire to build a community where people come first and where professional opportunities naturally emerge from encounters.
First edition on June 9th in Paris
The first edition of Allure will be held on June 9 in Paris and will bring together 16 participants .
