Le padel en Argentina is not in good shape. Of Covid-19 strains have made the government go back and reconfigure. Bad news for clubs.

Clubs padel in Argentina are not doing well. Some regions were able to resume activity fully, others not. Today the clubs are back in 1 phase and the practice of padel can only be done in 1 vs. 1.

The economy of padel is not doing well in this country which is one of the most powerful in terms of overall level of play. New measures adopted by the government to deal with the return of Covid-19 are forcing clubs to ask themselves many questions.

The 1-on-1 runs are not as profitable as 2-on-2 and it is not possible to charge the full price or risk seeing no more customers. The price of the equipment has increased, the balls, the grips, and makes the situation every day more difficult.

Let us hope that the Argentinian people apply safety and hygiene standards to the letter in order to eradicate once and for all this virus which endangers the economy of padel.
