Le  Newgiza P2  has reshuffled the cards in the rankings, particularly in the  Race 2026 , with several important movements in both men and women.

Galán / Chingotto take the controls

Thanks to their victory in Egypt,  Alejandro Galán / Federico Chingotto  take the  head of the Race , exceeding  Tapia / Coello .

A logical shift after their very good start to the season, marked by several finals and titles.

Lebrón / Augsburger in the top 3   pairs at the Race

Behind this, we find a significant progression:
Leo Augsburger / Juan Lebrón  climb up to the  5th place in the Race .

A surprising rise despite their early elimination in Newgiza, but one that can be explained  also through finals and semi-finals since the start of the season So, do you think this is a hold-up?

 Stupa / Yanguas confirm

Finalists in Newgiza,  Stupaczuk / Yanguas  continue to score important points and establish themselves at the top of the rankings.

Conversely, some pairs are declining:

  •  Nieto / Sanz  around 13th-14th place
  •  González / Di Nenno  also withdrawn

In the women's competition: Gonzalez and Josemaría are closing the gap.

For women, the dynamic is clear:

Paula Josemaría / Bea González  gain places and overtake  Ari Sánchez / Andrea Ustero  to the Race.

They are now getting closer to  400 points only from Triay / Brea , still in the lead.

 Movements in the world rankings

In the overall standings:

  •  Franco Stupaczuk  gains two places and joins the  Top 5 worldwide  and passes Lebron and Paquito
  •  Luis Hernandez Quesada  makes good progress ( +9 places, 47rd )
  •  Enzo jensen  climbs also ( 77th in the world )
  •  Aimar Goñi  continues its rise ( 46th in the world )

Josemaría in front of Ari Sánchez

Another significant fact:

  •  Paula Josemaría becomes 3rd in the world
  •  Ari Sánchez drops to 4th place

Behind them, the overall standings remain stable.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
