The BIG PADEL BORDEAUX offered the 2nd edition of CIC Big Padel Masters. A large audience thanks to the presence of Arnaud Di Pasquale and Arnaud Clément as well as the 4 members of the French team of padel, Mathieu Lapouge, Maxime Moreau and of course, the French champions of padel  in title, Bastien Blanqué and Johan Bergeron who are becoming increasingly rare on the French circuit.

The Moreau / Lapouge vs Di Pasquale / Clément match was “sold out”! Never had we had so many people to attend a game of padel at Big. Very big match of the 2 teams where the former tennis players, started badly, obtained 2 balls of the first set. They ultimately lose 7/5, 6/4. A match where the public got RE-GA-LE with crazy points. Their former coach Rémi Barbarin came practically to all the side changes to encourage them, as at the time!

In half-final, a very close match between Moreau / Lapouge vs Boissé / Romanowski. Mathieu must have unfortunately abandoned at the beginning of 3e after feeling a big pain under his thigh to his despair because he really hoped to play the final of the P1000 of his club. In the other 1 / 2, the local pair Peyrou / Armagnac could do nothing against the double champions of France.

The final was one way despite magnificent points. The very severe score (6 / 2, 6 / 0) does not reflect at all the face of the match but the experience of our champions made the difference in the important points.

It was an exceptional weekend at Big Padel.
