Big disappointment for Max Moreau et Johan Bergeron. The two Frenchmen lost as soon as they entered the running of the P2 Bordeaux against Clément Geens and Adria Mercadal (6/3, 6/2).

An irregular first act

The two recent winners of the P2000 of Caen were weighed down by a very difficult start to the match, finding themselves trailing 4 games to 1. Authors of a great reaction, they then returned to 3/4 but failed to destabilize their opponents of the day. Clément Geens is on the legs, while Max Moreau is a little more inside. The Spanish-Belgian duo resisted the attacks and won the first round.

A second one-way set

The players coached by Benjamin Tison then return with better intentions and take the lead. However, they concede a break at 2/3. A turning point which will galvanize Geens and Mercadal, who fly away and sign a logical victory in two sets. “We were very serious and we didn’t give them too many chances”, rejoices the Belgian.

After this first setback, two other Tricolores play on the central track: Julien Seurin and Adrien Maigret (against Mena / Ramirez).
