Breizh Padel continues its development in Ille-et-Vilaine. After Bruz and then Breteil, the Breton brand is preparing to open a third complex north of Rennes by mid-2027. An even more ambitious project, with seven padel courts and a 350 m² clubhouse.
From Bruz to Breteil, then north of Rennes
The history of Brittany Padel started at Bruz in 2021 The first complex now has eight indoor padel courts accompanied by a clubhouse with bar and restaurant. The site also regularly hosts sanctioned competitions, from P25 to P1000.
A formula that the leaders then applied to the west of Rennes with Breizh Padel Breteuil , opening in March 2025. This second complex has four fields and incorporates the main features developed in Bruz: padel, catering, sports broadcasts and a desire to make the clubhouse a true meeting place.
Together, the Bruz and Breteil sites represent today 12 lands . Breizh Padel is now preparing to change dimensions once again.
Seven pitches and a central track with grandstands
For its third project, the opening of which is planned by mid-2027 , Breizh Padel chose to establish itself this time north of Rennes .
The future complex will include seven padel courts , eventually bringing the brand's park to 19 tracks spread across three sites , if the current configuration of the first two clubs remains unchanged.
Among the specific features already agreed upon, The main pitch will have a grandstand. This choice should, in particular, allow for better reception conditions during competitions and major events organized within the club.
The project intends to preserve the dual identity already developed by Breizh. Padel : to welcome both players who come to practice with friends and competitors participating in sanctioned tournaments.
A 350 m² clubhouse
The other major element of the project will be found off the slopes. The future Breizh Padel will have a clubhouse of approximately 350 m² , with an offer of F&B but also a real games room.
Billiards, darts, foosball The goal is to extend the experience beyond the match and make the complex a place where players can stay before or after their game.
This approach follows on from the first two clubs, where living spaces already play a significant role. In both Bruz and Breteil, the clubhouses offer amenities such as restaurants, bars, and live broadcasts of sporting events.
The future site aims to take this concept even further and also become a gathering place during major sporting events, with the particular idea of to collectively experience the excitement of Stade Rennais matches .
Breizh Padel keep part of the project secret
While the broad outlines are now known, Breizh Padel does not wish to reveal the entire project yet. The plans exist but will be communicated later, as the case progresses.
« This third club is a logical next step to meet the growing passion of the Bretons for padel. We look forward to revealing more to you in the coming months. " explains the Breizh team Padel.
After a first club in Bruz in 2021 and a second in Breteil in 2025, 2027 should therefore mark the third stage of Breizh's development Padel around Rennes
