End of course for  Julien Seurin / Thomas Vanbauce  au  final round of Brussels P2 qualifying The French bow down to the  4rd seed Oria / Gutiérrez  on the score of  6 / 3 6 / 2  in just over an hour of play.

 A step too high

Facing a more experienced pair, the French were  dominated throughout the match They were unable to impose their game against a solid team that controlled the tempo from start to finish.

 An encouraging journey

Despite this defeat, the overall result remains positive for Seurin/Vanbauce, who will have achieved  two very good first laps  :

  • victory against  Navarro Porras / Britos (6/3 6/4)
  • success against  Guérin / Robin (6/3 6/2)

Two controlled matches that allowed them to reach this final round of qualifying.

15 FIP points up for grabs

With this route, the French leave Brussels with  15 FIP points This will allow them to continue moving up the rankings and gain experience in this type of tournament.

 Guichard, France's last hope

In the men's competition, only one Frenchman remains in contention:  Dylan Guichard , entered into the main draw thanks to a wild-card.

A logical elimination for Seurin/Vanbauce, but  an encouraging tournament  overall.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
