A very nice week for  Camille Sireix  in Thailand. The Frenchwoman is having a tremendous run at  FIP Bronze Phangan  alongside the Spanish  Carmen Aizcoita Mazo  and qualified for the final after a perfectly controlled tournament.

And so far, the Franco-Spanish pair has impressed: no sets lost since the start of the competition.

 A perfectly executed journey

After a completely expeditious start in the round of 16 with a victory  6 / 0 6 / 0 Sireix and Aizcoita confirmed their place in the quarter-finals with a solid victory:  7 / 5 6 / 4 .

A solid performance that allowed them to confidently reach the final four.

 A one-sided semi-final

In the semi-finals, the draw seemed favorable on paper despite the presence of the Japanese number 2 seed, composed of  Chifumi Sato / Kotomi Ozawa .

And on the track, there was simply no contest.

Camille Sireix and Carmen Aizcoita cruised to victory.  6 / 0 6 / 1  facing the Japanese team.

This demonstration confirms the excellent momentum of the Frenchwoman this week in Thailand.

A final with the air of revenge

In the final, Sireix and Aizcoita will face the number 1 seed:  Alba Perez Momha / Alba Gallardo Salvado .

A poster that strongly resembles a remake of last week's.

Indeed, during the  FIP Bronze Samui Camille Sireix and her partner had already reached the final before falling to the same Spanish team by a score of  6 / 2 6 / 2 .

This time, the Frenchwoman will therefore try to take her revenge to go and get the title, even if, on paper, the Spanish pair are still favorites.

The match is scheduled  not before 17pm local time .

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
