End clap for  Carla Mesa The Canary Islander announced on Instagram that she was ending her 2025 season, forced to prioritize rest for the first time in her career due to "persistent elbow pain" contracted in Milan from which she is unable to recover.

Absent from  Mexico Major of Acapulco At the final major event of the season, Carla Mesa explained that she has been unable to train for five weeks without any significant improvement. It was a difficult but unavoidable decision to protect her health and ensure a better return.

His season

On the  CUPRA FIP Tour The Tenerife player had a mixed season, highlighted by a final at  FIP Silver from Vila Real de Santo António  as well as two semi-finals in other Silver tournaments.

On the circuit  Premier Padel Carla Mesa has often reached the round of 16, but has not managed to get past the quarter-final stage.

After starting the year with  Barbara Las Heras  and  Laura Lujan Carla Mesa relaunched her project in May with  Sara Ruiz , a partner she knows well, having already played with her the previous season.

A break to come back better

Carla Mesa thus concludes a busy and demanding year by finishing  56th in the FIP ranking before refocusing on her recovery. The message is clear: take full care to come back stronger.

The appointment has already been made:  return expected in 2026 .
