Doinsport, the management solution used by more than 1 padel clubs , tennis & country clubs, is enriching its platform with a new module called Training , dedicated to the management of schools, academies and internships.

A problem well known to clubs
Paper forms, checks, Excel spreadsheets, back-and-forth phone calls to verify availability, age, or skill level: managing registrations for schools and academies remains, for many padel clubs, one of the administrative tasks the most time-consuming of the season. Over-registration Forgotten payments and manual follow-up add to the workload of the teams.
One-time setup, self-service registration
With Training module The club defines its offering only once: registration periods, groups and time slots per activity, number of places, and prices. It can then set automated access rules: age range, required level, mandatory subscription or membership fee, and purchase limit per customer.
Once this setup is in place, members themselves register and pay, directly from the club's application, 24/24: selection of the family member concerned, automatic filtering of training courses compatible with their profile, addition to the basket and secure payment.
The module was built in co-design with several French padel and tennis academies and schools, in order to match the real needs of the field rather than a purely software logic.
What this changes for clubs
From the club's perspective, the piloting remains total : real-time registration tracking, CSV export for administrative tracking, manual addition of a participant if necessary, transfer of a student from one group to another in case of change.
And above all, it saves considerable time for those in charge of registrations and compiling the level groups , who are mostly padel or tennis teachers who do this in addition to their main activity.
During registration periods, this can represent a saving several days of time or even weeks depending on the size of the club's academy.
For who
The module is aimed at padel schools (adults and young people, level groups), tennis schools (junior club, group lessons by age), academies with supervised courses and multiple groups, as well as occasional holiday or clinic-type courses.
Availability
The Training module is now available to all Doinsport partner clubs. Interested clubs can request a demonstration from the Doinsport sales team. anthony.durand@doinsport.com or by phone at +33757916002
