After eliminating the No. 2 seed  Coki Nieto / Jon Sanz , then the No. 7 seed  Alex Ruiz / Maxi Sanchez Gala and Jensen continued their incredible run by dominating the No. 4 seed in the semi-finals  Martín Di Nenno / Jairo Bautista  in two mastered sets:  6 / 2 6 / 4 .

This result is all the more remarkable given that the pair weren't even seeded at the start of the competition. Match after match, they established themselves as the tournament's true surprise.
