The French contingent was reduced to  FIP Silver Koksijde After the eliminations of  Thomas Vanbauce ,  Romain Sichez  et  Pierre Perez Le Tiec , alone  Bastien Blanqué / Maxime Joris  they continue their journey in Belgium.

Seeded 7th, the two French players reached the quarterfinals after a very close round of 16 match against the Belgian wildcard.  Bram Coene / Joris De Weerdt .

After having to battle in the first round against the German qualifiers  Matthias Wunner / Johannes Lindmeyer , beaten  6/2 3/6 6/2 Blanqué and Joris had another close match in the round of 16.

 Thomas Vanbauce , associated with Spanish  Lucas Miranda had perfectly launched his tournament with a victory  6 / 4 6 / 1  facing the qualifiers  John De Waele / Jaime Escañuela .

In the round of 16, the Franco-Spanish duo got off to a good start against the 4th seed,  Victor Tur Checa / Agustín Reca by winning the first set. But their opponents gradually reversed the momentum to win.  4/6 6/4 6/2 .

Sichez / Perez Le Tiec without a solution against TS2

After a controlled opening match against the Germans  Jonas Trümpler / Tobias Rauch , dominated  6 / 3 6 / 1 ,  Romain Sichez / Pierre Perez Le Tiec  failed to cause an upset in the round of 16.

Opposed to the seed 2,  Francisco Cabeza Teres / Mariano Agustín González San Martín The French were soundly defeated  6 / 1 6 / 1 .

This time the challenge was too great against a pair who quickly imposed their rhythm.

All French hopes now rest on  Bastien Blanqué and Maxime Joris who will try to take down the number 1 seed to reach the semi-finals in Koksijde.
