From August 31 to September 6, 2026, the Forest Hill in Marnes-la-Coquette will host the FIP Silver Marnes, One of the most strategic events on the French calendar. Positioned just before the Alpine Paris Major, the tournament could attract several international players looking to prepare for Roland-Garros. Further proof of the growing ambitions of the Île-de-France region in the world of padel.
The Île-de-France region continues to change size in the world of padel. After several years of rapid growth in the number of clubs, courts and players, the Paris region will host a new major international event in the fall of 2026 with the FIP Silver Marnes.
The tournament will take place at Forest Hill in Marnes-la-Coquette, just a few kilometers from Roland-Garros. A date far from being insignificant since the competition will take place just before the Paris Major, thus offering players a perfect transition before one of the most prestigious events on the world circuit.
A tournament perfectly placed in the calendar
Located just before the Paris Major, the tournament could quickly become a strategic step for many international pairs.
The idea is simple: arrive earlier in the Paris region, accumulate matches, get a feel for the French conditions and collect some extra FIP points before the big event at Roland-Garros.
This geographical proximity to Paris could allow the tournament to attract a particularly high level for a FIP Silver. Some European players might even choose to enter both competitions directly without leaving France.
Gradually, the idea of a true “Parisian swing” global padel is beginning to emerge.

Marnes-la-Coquette wants to establish itself permanently
This tournament didn't come out of nowhere. The FIP Bronze Marnes successfully launched the momentum.
The project centered around Forest Hill now extends beyond a simple one-off event. With its 12 outdoor runs, its immediate proximity to Paris and with infrastructure adapted to international competitions, the club wants to gradually become one of the strong points of padel in the Ile-de-France region.
Through these events, the organizers primarily aim to create an event capable of to be a long-term commitment.
An important opportunity for the French
The arrival of a tournament of this importance is also excellent news for French players. By hosting more international competitions in France, the best French pairs can... to confront each other more regularly at the very highest level without increasing travel abroad.
With a draw that could be particularly challenging thanks to its proximity to the Paris Major, the FIP Silver Marnes could quickly become an important event for French padel.
The Île-de-France region confirms its ambitions

Beyond the tournament itself, the FIP Silver Marnes primarily symbolizes the changing scale of padel in the Paris region. Long concentrated in southern Europe, the development of padel is now fully reaching the region. France's Island, where the Projects are multiplying quickly.
Within the space of two weeks, the Paris region will now host a FIP Silver tournament followed by the Paris Major at Roland-Garros. This sequence confirms France's ambitions in the development of padel worldwide.
Finally, how can we not mention FIP Promises Paris by WME, whose second edition next July already promises to be exceptional.
