The week continues on the  FIP Tour  with several important deadlines for French players.  Netherlands , the main table of the  FIP Bronze Wood  begins with a strong French presence. At the same time, the  Round of 16 of the FIP Gold Almaty  argue at  Kazakhstan  after the convincing victories of  two French pairs  when they entered the fray.

The main draw began in the Netherlands with  twelve French players involved , spread across several associations.

Before that, the qualifiers had delivered their verdict.  Nathan Courrin and Thomas Seux  secured their place in the main draw after a particularly intense match against  Vandelanotte / Du Pree.  After conceding the first set, the French turned the situation around to win.  5/7 6/0 7/6 concluding the match with a spectacular tie-break won  13-11 .

 Lucas Pillon and Olivier Guy de Chamisso  also reached the final round. Their run ultimately ended against the sixteenth pair  Nicocia / Graupera , winners  6 / 4 6 / 1 .

Same scenario for  Arthaud Dumoulin and Tristan Piombo They suffered a clear defeat against the Dutch wild card team.  Jesse Nolten / Nicolas Cecchi (WC)  ( 6 / 0 6 / 0 ).

Despite these defeats,  Pillon / Guy de Chamisso and Dumoulin / Piombo were drafted as lucky losers which brings to twelve the number of French people present in the main table.

Several French players have chosen to prioritize this Dutch tournament over the FIP Gold in Almaty this week, in particular  Johan Bergeron, Timéo Fonteny or Bastien Blanqué .

FIP Gold Almaty – Two XXL posters for Seurin / Vanbauce and Merah / Razafindranaly

At the FIP Gold Almaty, the French made a perfect start to their tournament.

At men's,  Julien Seurin and Thomas Vanbauce  dominated the Kazakh lucky losers  Zhandos Kozbak / Nurdaulat Sidorov (LL)   6 / 3 6 / 2 , a clear victory which opens the doors to the round of 16.

But the next step promises to be much more challenging. The French will face...  José Diestro / Maxi Sánchez (TS4) , former world number 1.

In the women's table,  Steffi Merah and Julie Razafindranaly  also made a perfect start by sweeping aside the Kazakhs  Y. Abkeyeva / A. Orymbekova (LL)   6 / 0 6 / 0 .

In the round of 16, they will have to face  Virginia Riera / Defne Torssell (TS5) .

FIP Silver Abidjan – Collombon/Montes enters the competition, several French newcomers entered

From the FIP Silver Abidjan side,  Alix Collombon  and the Spanish  Jana Montes  will begin their tournament directly in the round of 16 thanks to their status of  seed n ° 2 .

The Franco-Spanish pair will try to go and get  a second FIP Silver title this season after the one won in Caen Their entry into the competition will be against the pair  Fawaz / Bahri , a first round which seems manageable on paper to get into a rhythm before potentially more challenging rounds.
