France holds a new title at  FIP Promises Paris by WME Sports .  Nathan Perrot  et  Sacha Huard from La Marre  won the category  U16  by securing a decisive victory against the Italians in the final  Giulio Menotti  et  Jacopo Battilani  (TS3), on the score of  6 / 3 6 / 3 .

A logical success at the end of a very high-level tournament.

 A perfectly controlled finale 

Facing a confident Italian pair, who had just defeated the  seeded 1 ,  Mario Brocal  et  Jorge Rodriguez Gonzalez In the semi-final, Perrot and Huard de La Marre delivered a very solid performance.

The French quickly took control thanks to a  Double Break  in the first round, before logically concluding  6/3 .

The scenario repeated itself in the second set. A break achieved in the early games allowed them to take the lead and manage their advantage perfectly.

As they led  5/2 they obtained  three match balls  on the opponent's serve, without managing to finish. This didn't faze them: they remained solid on their serve to finish the job a few minutes later and secure the title.

 A scare in the semi-finals 

Their journey, however, has not been a smooth one.

In the semi-final, the French had to battle against  Victor Caby  et  Louis Cacheux  in an all-French duel.

After a perfectly controlled first set ( 6/1 ), they had completely missed the mark in the second round ( 1/6 But far from collapsing, Perrot and Huard de La Marre had reacted with great character to dominate the  super tie-break 10-3  and secure their place in the final.

 A title that rewards a very good week 

Not seeded at the start of the tournament,  Nathan Perrot  et  Sacha Huard from La Marre  will have pulled off the biggest coup in this category  U16 .

Having bounced back after a difficult semi-final, and then mastered their final against a pair who had just eliminated the favorites of the draw, the two Frenchmen leave with a well-deserved title.

A great reward that confirms their full potential and offers another victory to the French delegation on this  FIP Promises Paris by WME Sports .
