Du  16 in April 19 2026 ,  Mind Padel Lyon or a  Saint-Priest will host a new stage of the  FIP Promises , one of the most interesting events to observe the next generation of European padel players. And the  lists of pairs  The now-published findings confirm one thing:  the level will be raised , with many young profiles already closely followed, particularly on the French side.

Four boys' categories on the program

For the boys, the tournament will indeed offer the categories  U12 ,  U14 ,  U16  et  U18 , with  numerous French pairs involved  in every table. And in several categories, the French will clearly have a real chance.

U18: Robert/Guy de Chamisso headline the event

This is probably one of the most anticipated categories of the tournament.
En  U18 , The  seeded 1  will be very French with  Jeremy Robert  et  Olivier Guy de Chamisso , two highly anticipated players on this Lyon-based FIP Promises.  Guy de Chamisso , already winner of the first FIP Promises organized in France in Lésigny, leaves this time with  Jeremy Robert  in a pair that will logically be among the top favorites.

Behind them, the Italians  Luca Moneta / Riccardo Rodi  will leave  seeded 2 while the French  Johan Peloux Marchini / Quentin Bernard  will  seeded 3 There too, the level of competition will clearly be high.

 U16: a very competitive category

The painting  U16  also looks very interesting, with several pairs capable of winning the title.

At the top of the table, we will find  Arthur Aureglia Cauneille / Tyrone Pottier  en  seeded 1 Already very prominent on the youth circuit,  Tyrone Potter  continues to play in major tournaments and will definitely be one of the players to watch closely in Lyon.

Behind them,  Elliot Mura / Hemery Theo  will  seeded 2 , While  Paul Gueguen / Keny Valigiani Falentin  will leave  seeded 3 The Italians  Marco Mometti / Pasquale Cardamone  will also be worth watching in this category.

 U14: Pottier still the favorite

En  U14 ,  Tyrone Potter  will be involved again, this time alongside  Gabriel Bessiere The two Frenchmen will be  seeded 1  and will arrive with a real status to defend. Pottier, already very well established on the FIP Promises circuit, continues to accumulate references in his category.

Behind them, the Italians  Marco Mometti / Pasquale Cardamone  will  seeded 2 , while the French pair  Sacha Devriendt / Simeo Debroy  will leave in  seeded 3 Here again, the picture promises some very interesting contrasts.

 U12: a more international hierarchy

En  U12 , the Spaniards  Nil Marcilla Pérez / Daniel Yanguas Casares  will arrive with the status of  seeded 1 Right behind them, the French  Titouan Aschard / Marin Le Saux  will  seeded 2  and will try to shake up the hierarchy at home.

Here too, several young French players will be present, in a category that is always very interesting to observe in order to spot the first promising profiles.

And what about the girls? No table

This is the slight disappointment of this edition.
For the time being,  No girls' category seems to have been truly validated. , due to an insufficient number of registrations.

The lists do indeed show some names in certain female categories, particularly in  U16  et  U18 , but several paintings are still marked as  “Category to be confirmed” which suggests that he should ultimately  there will be no official women's draw this week .

A real opportunity for the next generation of French talent.

With  many young French people are involved , many  French seeded players  and some profiles already well identified on the junior circuit, this  FIP Promises Lyon  promises to be a real highlight to follow the  new French generation .

Between  Jeremy Robert ,  Olivier Guy de Chamisso ,  Tyrone Potter ,  Quentin Bernard ,  Johan Peloux Marchini  or,  Elliot Mura there will clearly be  talent to watch in Saint-Priest .

And even if the likely absence of female portraits leaves a slightly unfinished feeling,  The men's lineup already promises a very good weekend of padel for young people in Lyon. .

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
