Le Betclic Bordeaux Premier Padel remains a key stop on the international circuit in France. The third edition of this tournament will take place from 27 June at 5 July 2026, at the Bordeaux Mériadeck ice rink, a place that combines a sporting atmosphere and proximity to the local public.
Since its creation, the P2 Bordeaux attracted the best players in the world and offered high-level matches, helping to strengthen the attractiveness of padel in France.
The Paris Major, a global showcase for French padel
It's impossible to talk about international padel in France without mentioning the Paris Major, one of the four biggest tournaments on the circuit Premier PadelScheduled from 7 13 in SeptemberThe event will once again take place in Roland Garros, in a unique setting that gives the tournament exceptional visibility.
Alongside Doha, Rome and AcapulcoThe Paris Major has established itself as an unmissable event for the best players in the world, but also as a major media showcase for padel in France.
This legacy reinforces the prestige of FIP Platinum Lyon and fully places padel within the continuity of the great racket sports that have marked the history of the place.

Other major events: the FIP Platinum of Lyon, the date of which, 2026, has not yet been officially announced, but which should logically be around the same time as previous editions.
As a reminder, the tournament had been held From October 8th to 13th, 2024 under the status of FIP Goldthen from November 13 to 19, 2025, during the second edition in FIP PlatinumThe third edition, expected in 2026, should therefore be part of between October and November.
The tournament takes place at Gerland Sports Palace, an iconic venue that adds a special dimension to the event. This historic hall has notably hosted major indoor tennis competitions, such as the Lyon Tennis Grand Prix in the 1990s, won by renowned players, but also more recently the WTA Lyon Open, proof of its ability to host very high-level competitions on an indoor surface.
