The balance of power seems to have shifted on the circuit Premier PadelIn Buenos Aires,  Ale Galán and Fede Chingotto  have dominated the world leaders  Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia  with surprising ease. A victory full of meaning in the fight for world number 1.

Ale Galán and Fede Chingotto  sent a very clear message to the circuit during the final of the  Buenos Aires Premier Padel P1 Facing the world's number 1  Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia Jorge Martínez's players delivered a tactical and mental masterclass to secure a victory in just  1 hour 17 minutes of play: 6/2 6/1 .

In a blazing Parque Roca, the duel between the two best pairs in the world was expected to be a close battle. But on the ice, only one team truly controlled the proceedings:  Chingalan .

A blistering start that immediately turned the final on its head.

From the very first exchanges, Galán and Chingotto imposed a suffocating pace. Very aggressive on the return, impeccable in transitions to the net and extremely solid defensively, they quickly gained the psychological advantage.

The double break they made at the start allowed them to take off at  4/0 Tapia and Coello tried to react to get back to  2/4 but without ever really reversing the dynamic.

  •  58% of points won behind the first serve

Tapia and Coello without a solution in the second set

The start of the second set, however, showed a different approach from the world number one. Coello tried to increase the pace, while Tapia attempted to shorten the rallies.

But the Galán / Chingotto mechanism was already perfectly in motion.

Tactically ultra-precise, the winners continued to stifle their opponents thanks to exceptional field coverage and impressive passing quality. The break they secured to take the lead  4/1  has practically ended the suspense.

The figures from the second set are even more impressive:

  •  60% of points earned  by Galán / Chingotto
  •  74% of points won behind the first serve
  •  62% of points won on return of opponent's first serve
  • Coello and Tapia limited to only  38% success rate behind their first shot

Even in long rallies, the world's number 2 drivers always seemed to have an extra answer.

Total domination throughout the final

Beyond the score, the visual impact of this final is particularly striking. Galán and Chingotto seemed superior in virtually every aspect of the game.

The overall match statistics confirm this:

  •  58% of points won
  •  65% success rate behind the first shot
  •  59% of points won on first-serve returns
  •  52% of the points earned on the return in total

The Spanish-Argentine pair also achieved a maximum series of  6 consecutive points proof of its ability to maintain constant pressure without a drop in intensity.

Chingalán sends a very clear message to the circuit

With this success,  Galán and Chingotto win their fifth title of the season  and above all, they considerably strengthen their dominance in direct confrontations against Tapia and Coello in 2026.

The balance of power seems to have completely reversed today. Mentally stronger, more tactically consistent, and above all more complementary in key moments, Jorge Martínez's men now appear as the true bosses of the circuit.

And above all, the fight for  the world's first place  It probably never looked so open this season.
