The FIP Senior World Cup will take place in Argentina in 2026. The world championship, dedicated to players seniors will bring together nations from all over the world to Buenos Aires from September 14 to 19, with an expanded format and reorganized age categories.

L an International Federation of Padel (FIP) and Association of Padel Argentino (APA) will organize the fourth edition of the FIP Senior World Cup à Buenos Aires , a first in Argentina .
This event marks an important milestone in the history of paddle , with the arrival of the competition on the South American continent after editions held in Estepona (2018), Las Vegas (2022) and La Nucía (2024).
On the sporting front, Argentina will defend its men's world title at home, while Spain will aim for another triumph in the women's competition.
An expanded format to 32 nations
Faced with the growth of international padel The competition is evolving with a final bracket increased to 32 national teams , compared to 24 in the last edition and 16 in 2022.

The FIP has approved a new organization of the categories, now divided into five age groups:

- 45+
- 50+
- 55+
- 60+

For his part, the president of the APA, Santiago Brito, emphasizes the significance of this welcome:
“Hosting a world championship in Argentina confirms the APA’s commitment to the development and international reach of padel. It’s an important moment, and a personal honor to continue a family history linked to this sport.”
He specifies :
"Our country will have the honor of hosting delegations from around the world and organizing a competition that promotes the growth and integration of padel on a global scale."
