A discreet but formidable partnership. This is the case with the new duo formed by Javi martinez et Ramiro ValenzuelaSpain and Argentina, once again united around two players accustomed to preliminary and early rounds, but determined to change the dynamics in 2026.

A clear objective: to gain consistency

Neither Martínez nor Valenzuela really found consistency last season on the main tour. Few flashes of brilliance, few long runs, but a shared desire to give a new lease of life to their project.

On the Spanish side, Javi Martínez is still coming off a solid season on the CUPRA FIP Tour, with two titles to his credit:

  • FIP Silver Lelystad, won with Diego García
  • FIP Silver Kazakhstan, achieved alongside Gonzalo Rubio

Results that demonstrate a constant daily work and an ability to perform when conditions are right.

For Ramiro Valenzuela, the season was more discreet. His best result remains a quarter-final at the FIP Silver tournament in Córdobainsufficient for his ambitions.

A pair without glitter, but not without ambition.

This duo probably won't make headlines at the start of the season. But consistency, grit, and total commitment will be their main weapons. No dropped points, no given shots, and a clear will to to upset higher-ranked pairs.

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
