Andres Iniesta  has swapped his crampons for the paddle tennis court. The former Barça master and hero of the 2010 World Cup final recently took his first public steps on a padel court, sparking a wave of enthusiastic reactions.

If figures like  Puyol  ou  Messi  are already known for their passion for padel, the presence of Iniesta on a court surprised more than one fan.  The moment, shared on its networks , quickly circulated on the web, between nostalgia and curiosity.

The pros were quick to welcome this newcomer.  Paquito Navarro  gave a wink: "Now yes, we are complete.", while  Juan Tello  validated the Spanish champion's equipment with humor: “Nice racket, Andrés.”.

With over  43 million followers on Instagram , Iniesta is giving padel a new spotlight. And who knows, maybe we'll soon see him in an amateur tournament or exhibition.
