The return of one of the circuit's most beloved associations got off to a perfect start at  BNL Italy Major 2026 For their first match since their reformation,  Paquito Navarro and Martin Di Nenno  secured their qualification for the round of 16 by dominating  Alonso Rodriguez and Juani De Pascual  in two well-controlled sets.

1,333 days after their last appearance together, Paquito Navarro and Martín Di Nenno returned to winning ways in Rome.

A convincing opening

Much anticipated by the fans, the new adventure between Paquito Navarro and Martín Di Nenno started in the best possible way at the Foro Italico.

Facing an ambitious pair made up of Alonso Rodriguez  and  Juani De Pascual The sixth seeds quickly imposed their rhythm. Solid in the rallies, precise in the important moments and already very complementary on the court, the Spaniard and the Argentinian left few opportunities for their opponents.

In less than two sets, they secured their place in the next round with a clear victory:  6 / 3 6 / 1 .
