They did it again.  Claudia Fernandez and Martina Calvo  confirm their huge start to the partnership by eliminating once again  Paula Josemaria and Bea Gonzalez . In the semi-final of the  London P1 The two young Spanish women prevailed.  6/2 6/4 in 1h58  and secure their  second consecutive final .

One week after already knocking out the world's number 2s in Pretoria, Fernandez and Calvo did it again, this time with another victory in two sets.

But from that point on, the game completely changed.

On the other side, Josemaría and González accumulated inaccuracies and were unable to regain the level shown in the early games.

 Claudia fernandez  will have delivered a very complete performance. The Spaniard took control of the game, dictating much of the exchanges thanks to her variations in rhythm and tempo.

Usually recognized more for her reading of the game and her consistency, she also showed herself to be  much more offensive regularly taking the initiative to come and finish the points.

By his side,  Martina Calvo  impressed once again. The young Spaniard was a huge presence on the diagonal against  Bea González which she managed to disrupt through her aggressiveness.

 Josemaría and González are too vague. 

Conversely, the world's number 2 players did not deliver their best performance.

One thing is certain: the new Fernandez / Calvo pairing already has little in common with a partnership in development.
