On the fourth day of the Madrid Premier Padel P1, the best pairs in the world have everyone in agreement.

Martin Di Nenno and Juan Lebron won their match convincingly. Seeded number 3, they won 6-4 6-2 against Momo Gonzalez and Edu Alonso (9). Next step in the quarter-finals, where they will face Pablo Cardona and Paquito Navarro (5), winners 6-2 6-4 against the Bautista/Guerrero pair.

The top seeds, Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia, also advanced by easily beating Rubio and Lijo 1-6 2-6. Later in the evening, Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan (4) dominated Sanchez and Capra in straight sets (2-6 2-6). The two best pairs in the world will meet respectively Diestro/Fernandez Lancha, the only unseeded pair to meet in the quarter-finals, and Nieto/Sanz (2).

The quarter-finals, which will start at 9am at the WiZink Center, will be completed by the clash between Mike Yanguas and Franco Stupaczuk, winners 6-4 6-3 of Libaak/Ruiz, against the pair Juanlu Esbri / Lucas Bergamini, who broke Hernandez/Jofre's dream…

In the women's draw, world number ones Paula Josemaria and Ari Sanchez are already in the semi-finals. After their crushing 1-6 0-6 victory over Aguilar/Navarro, they have benefited from a forfeit from Ale Alonso and Andrea Ustero, which means they will not play tomorrow.

The number 2 seeds, Delfi Brea and Bea Gonzalez, after beating Claudia Jensen and Daiara Valenzuela 6-2 6-4, will meet Jessica Castellò and Ale Salazar, a new pair formed for this tournament in Madrid. Gemma Triay and Claudia Fernandez (3), winners 7-5 6-0 against Marchetti/Godallier, will face Aranzazu Osoro and Veronica Virseda (7).

The day will be rounded off with the match between Marta Ortega and Sofia Araujo (4) and Virginia Riera and Carmen Goenaga, seeded number 8. Riera had started the season alongside Araujo, before this new clash between the two players.
