Le  FIP Silver Narbonne  will be an opportunity to see an ambitious French pair again with  Manuel Vives  et  Olivier Guy de Chamisso , two players who know each other perfectly since they both play for  Padel horizon. 

Having already teamed up twice in recent weeks, the two friends continue their joint adventure in the Aude region with the ambition of achieving their best performance together on the international circuit.

 Two frustrating opening tournaments 

Their collaboration began at  FIP Silver Hoganas where they had managed to reach the round of 16 before running into a tough opponent: the Swedish number ones  Daniel Windahl  et  Simon vasquez .

The following week, at  FIP Silver Bandol The draw, once again, did not go their way. They were drawn against [opponent's name] right from the start.  Timeo Fonteny  et  Yoan Boronad They had been eliminated in the round of 32.

Two tournaments without significant results in terms of points, but which do not necessarily reflect their level of play as the opponents encountered were among the most formidable in the draw.

 Guy de Chamisso confirms his explosion 

If there's one French player who has reached a new level this season, it's  Olivier Guy de Chamisso .

The young Frenchman had a particularly successful 2026 and made a name for himself on the international stage thanks to his title won at the  FIP Bronze Marnes-la-Coquette .

Since then, he has been putting in solid performances and confirming his potential week after week against increasingly experienced players.

 Vives is gradually returning to its best level. 

For its part,  Manuel Vives  continues his comeback after a complicated period marked by injuries.

The Frenchman has already shown that he is regaining his form this season. Last April, he notably won the  FIP Bronze Singapore  next to  Maxime Joris .

His experience on the international circuit could be a valuable asset in supporting Guy de Chamisso's progress.

 Some already interesting references 

Beyond their results on the FIP Tour, both players have already shown that they can compete with higher-ranked players.

During the last  French team championships They had come very close to a huge upset against  Mario Ortega  (World Top 70) and  Miguel Ángel Solbes , former world number 58.

Narrowly defeated  6/3 2/6 6/4 Vives and Guy de Chamisso had nevertheless delivered one of their best matches together, demonstrating that they had the level to worry the top players on the circuit.

 A great card to play in Narbonne 

The table of  FIP Silver Narbonne  The competition promises to be particularly challenging, but the two Frenchmen have real strengths.

The objective will clearly be to aim for at least the round of 16 before trying to reach the quarter-finals, or even further if the draw is favorable to them.
