After a parenthesis of several months in AustraliaMarie Rondot has returned to the world of padel with a much clearer idea of ​​her future. While competition remains part of her daily life, it is now on the side of...  sports development  and the transmission that the French player envisions.

Currently involved in the development of the structure  4PADEL  From Boulogne-Billancourt, she has an ambitious project: to support young players towards the top level while gradually building her coaching career.

 From the field to the construction of a sports project 

Upon her return to France, Marie Rondot didn't necessarily see herself resuming a playing career at  full-time On the other hand, a  certainty  quickly established itself.

"When I returned from Australia, I started thinking: I want to work in the world of padel. It was padel, padel, padel."

This reflection quickly led him to an opportunity within the structure of  Boulogne-Billancourt , where she joined the club's development teams.

"Let's just say that the stars aligned."

Initially very involved in the day-to-day running of the club, she gradually found her place in the  sports development .

Thanks to a  player experience She quickly took on several missions related to the supervision and structuring of the sports offering.

"I took the lead on this issue of the club's sporting development, including the development of adult group classes, children's classes, and training camps."

A formative experience that allows him today to better understand all the  cogs  of the functioning of a structure.

 A return to competition without pressure 

Even though her professional activity occupies a significant place in her life, Marie Rondot has never completely abandoned  her competitive side .

After nearly ten months without touching a racket, the  Sensations quickly returned. .

"On the field I felt great. I rediscovered my feel for the game, a bit of a competitive spirit, etc."

That's enough to make him want to play again.  several tournaments  at the start of the season. However, she now refuses to put her sporting career before her professional responsibilities.

A choice that perfectly illustrates  the balance  that she is now trying to build between her professional life and her high-level practice.

She notably won the Amiens women's P1000, on June 1st, alongside his new partner  manon garcia At the end of a perfectly controlled weekend, she displayed a level of play that testifies to the return of  very good feelings .

 "It's a flame I've had inside me since I was 12 years old." 

If Marie Rondot continues to play,  his gaze  is increasingly turning towards framing .

"The idea of ​​being a coach, of training, of passing on knowledge at the highest level, is a flame that has been within me since I was 12 years old. I have always wanted to do this, it is my dream."

A vocation that has  built over the years  having worked in various high-level environments. For her, passing on knowledge has almost become a way of life.  evidence .

"Following players has always been my passion, passing on my knowledge, helping them develop."

 A coaching diploma and a competitive career are in her sights. 

The coming months could very well mark a  milestone  in this evolution.  Marie Rondot  hopes to soon obtain his coaching diploma in order to further develop his  supervisory activity .

"The idea would be to be able to spend my  TFP  So I'll be getting my coaching diploma starting next year.

But her project doesn't stop there. Within the club, she would like to participate in the creation of a true structure dedicated to competition.

"Given that there are currently zero high-level padel facilities in the western Paris region."

The objective would then be to to accompany young players  in their progression while structuring an environment of  sustainable performance .

Beyond this sports support, its ambition is to become a  inspiring female figure A person on whom young people can  count  by embodying a holistic and personal approach.

A mission that would allow him to reunite his  different experiences  : player, sports manager and future coach.

 The FIPs? An opportunity more than a goal. 

Unlike some French players who try their luck internationally full-time, Marie Rondot remains clear-headed about the  FIP circuit requirements .

"Today, there isn't a single French player who participates in FIP tournaments who isn't also working full-time in padel."

If the opportunity arises, she does not rule out participating in certain  international events But his  priority  stay elsewhere.

"Today it's not p"This is particularly true for my project. I've always had this professional side that I wanted to maintain."

"I retain the pleasure of playing padel, while emphasizing this passion for passing on my knowledge."
