Le Miami Premier Padel P1 continues with the arrival of main favorites au Miami Beach Convention Center. After a hard-fought first day, the tournament enters a new phase with the second turn, where the men's and women's seeded teams come into play.

A balanced first day

The Tuesday matches were marked by several meetings in three sets. Benitez/Martinez took over Cruz/Sager (4/6 7/5 6/3), while Rico/Gutiérrez have beaten Jofre/Hernandez (6/3 4/6 6/4). Tolito Aguirre and Gonza Alfonso imposed themselves against Valdez/Sanchez (4/6 6/3 6/1) after a first set lost.

Despite the defeat, Valdez / Sanchez takes the point of the day.

The duel between American players saw Nico Agritelley and Vinny Di Francesco eliminate cousins Aaron and Matías Segura, offering them a upcoming match against Jairo Bautista and Fran Guerrero, winners of the Finals 2024 in Bourg-en-Bresse.

This day also coincided with the birthdays of Mike Yanguas and Martín Di Nenno, present in Miami before their first match.

The top seeds in action

Le second turn marks the entrance of the main favorites. Martín Di Nenno and Javi Garrido (n°5) will start against Jesus Moya and Javi Rico, while other teams will appear, including Momo González/Jon Sanz (6), Edu Alonso/Alejandro Arroyo (8), Pablo Cardona/Leo Augsburger (9) and Alex Ruiz/Alex Chozas.

An anticipated match will oppose Tolito Aguirre and Gonza Alfonso à Lucas Bergamini and Paquito Navarro (7).

The first female meetings
