The final four of the P1000 Augefi / Mendelec Cap d'Agde lived up to all expectations this Sunday morning, with two very different matches in their scenario, but which culminated in a final between two of the tournament's headliners: Norman Sanchez / Nicolas Molinero (TS1) face Rémy Gourre / Louis Jover (TS3).
Sanchez and Molinero avoid the trap of youngsters Lorenzo and Cano Felix
The duel between the seeded team and the youngsters Manuel Lorenzo / Jan Cano Felix started off with a bang for Sanchez and Molinero, who took advantage of numerous unforced errors from their opponents to break twice from the start on two golden points. Solid and efficient, the favorites won the first set in just 17 minutes, on the undisputed score of 6/1.
But the second half was very different. Sanchez and Molinero began to slacken, particularly in their baseline play. Cano and Lorenzo seize their chance and take off thanks to a double break, to come back to one set each (6/2).
In the third set, the experience of the top seed made the difference. In a much more closely fought set, Sanchez and Molinero tighten the game and capitalize on their 2 break points to win 6/2. Final score: 6/1 2/6 6/2.

In the other semi-final, Rémy Gourre and Louis Jover (TS3) enforced the hierarchy in the face of Florian Armand and Christophe Squarta, by logically imposing itself 6 / 2 6 / 2Serious and dedicated, they confirmed their excellent form and reached the final without trembling.
