From Barcelona to Montauban: a passion that became an entrepreneurial project
Behind Padel Signature are found Clément Rouanet et Hugo Briand , two partners whose story with padel began in 2022 during a semester of studies in Barcelona.
At the foot of their university residence are several padel courts. After a first game played almost out of curiosity, passion quickly takes over. In Spain, they discover a ubiquitous sport, a club culture, and a convivial atmosphere that leave a lasting impression on them.
But the two students don't stop at the game. Graduates of a Master's degree in finance from Toulouse Business School , with respective experiences in private equity and financial control They quickly analyze the development of the French market.
They note that many club projects fail due to a lack of sufficiently solid financial and strategic preparation.
Padel Program, before Padel Signature
From this reflection arises Padel Programme , a consulting structure for project leaders wishing to open their own club.
Their goal: to support future operators through all the essential stages:
- construction of the financing plan;
- definition of contribution;
- equipment selection;
- business model;
- business strategy.
In just over a year, they are already accompanying about twenty projects .

Padel Signature, the practical application of their method
After advising numerous entrepreneurs, Clément Rouanet and Hugo Briand finally decided to take the plunge themselves.
With Padel Signature They wish to demonstrate that a club designed according to a rigorous methodology can combine economic performance, quality of infrastructure and customer experience.
More than just a real estate project, this complex represents the concrete culmination of their vision for the development of padel in France.
