The center PadelShot Lille , located in Hellemmes, is recruiting its future padel coach (TFP training) to join the team from September 2026.
A great opportunity to join a recent, dynamic and structured club, at the heart of an ambitious project dedicated to the development of padel in the region.
Inaugurated in May 2026, PadelShot has 8 indoor tracks , a growing player community and a friendly clubhouse that keeps the club alive on a daily basis.
Faced with a strong demand for individual and group lessons, we are looking for a motivated, passionate coach who is ready to invest in the progress of the players and in the running of the club.

As part of its development, PadelShot Lille is looking for an apprentice padel instructor wishing to join the TFP training for the 2026/2027 sports season.
You will actively participate in the life of the club and the development of the padel section.
This experience will allow you to develop your teaching, sports and organizational skills in a dynamic and passionate environment.
Your missions:
To lead and organize the club's padel activities : courses, tournaments, training camps and events.
Supervising padel practice safely during group and individual lessons.
Participate in the development of the competition and club division.
Advising players on equipment and support them in their progress.
Represent and transmit , through your attitude and teaching methods, the values of PadelShot.
Required profile
Passionate about padel and motivated by teaching.
Good communication skills and a sense of pedagogy.
Dynamic, involved and team spirit.
Want to progress and to get involved in a sports project.
