La FIP (International Federation of Padel) officially enters the world of coaching by offering training courses dedicated to the role of professional coach. With its forward-looking vision, the FIP aims not only to accelerate the growth of padel worldwide, but also to guarantee the highest standards of professionalism,Organisationand of training. These goals include rigorous preparation and education, even for the professionals responsible for training the players.

The role of coach, like in high-level professional sports, has taken on considerable importance in padel. This new dimension requires a renewed interpretation of this function, through initiatives aimed at streamline et valorize its professional and career aspects.

To meet these challenges, the FIP has signed a protocol of agreement with the prestigious PPPCA (Professional Padel Players Coaches Association). This agreement, signed by the president of the FIP, Luigi Carraro, and the President of the PPPCA, Francisco Javier Sanchez, marks a decisive step.

Thanks to this collaboration with the PPPCA, the FIP has developed a set of training courses accessible at different levels to integrate the profession. These training courses allow already active coaches to devote the time necessary to obtain their license, without interrupting their professional activity.

The issuance of this license will be essential to practice the profession of coach in FIP competitions and on professional circuits supervised by the Federation. In addition, the FIP plans to create a official register of professional coaches.

The trainings will be organized in close collaboration with the PPPCA and the national federations. The details, as well as the access modalities, will be communicated shortly via an official statement.
