Finding a qualified coach, booking a lesson, better understanding your level and tracking your progress: that's Rainbow's promise. PadelLaunched in June 2026 on the App Store and Google Play, this new French application aims to create a direct link between players and coaches, while offering professionals a tool to manage and develop their business.
A level that evolves over the course of the lessons
"What is my actual level?" The question has almost become a classic among padel players.
Between the official ranking, the level scales used in clubs and the sometimes approximate self-assessment of practitioners, it is difficult to always know precisely where you stand.
Rainbow Padel wishes to provide an answer to this problem. After each lesson completed with a coach listed on the platform, the player can benefit from an assessment of their level and skills. The sessions thus allow for the gradual development of a monitoring system to track one's progress.
The idea is to transform an impression – “I feel that I am progressing” – into data that allows the player to better visualize their journey.
From his profile, he can also Find a coach based on your location and needs, check their availability, and book a lesson directly. The application is free for players to use.

Listing reserved for certified coaches
Another choice claimed by Rainbow Padel : Only certified coaches can be listed on the application. .
This is a way to reassure practitioners about the qualifications of the people offering their services, but also to promote padel teaching professionals.
For the latter, Rainbow Padel wants to go beyond a simple booking platform.
Each coach has a professional profile where they can showcase their experience, rates, and availability. The goal is clearly to allow them to reach new players locally, but also to gain national visibility.
A cancellation policy has also been integrated in order to further protect the working time reserved by teachers.

Schedule, students, courses and income all in one place
The other focus of the project concerns the day-to-day management of the coaches' activities.
Rainbow Padel includes in particular a calendar to centralize the organization of classes but also several features designed for student tracking, activity and accounting.
The aim is therefore to combine two uses in a single application: finding new students and managing those we already support .
This positioning could be of interest to coaches whose activity is currently spread across messaging, calendars, personal files and various payment methods.

0% commission until December 31st
To accelerate its implementation among teachers, Rainbow Padel accompanies its launch with a commercial offer.
Until December 31, 2026, Rainbow will not charge any commission. Padel on reserved courses coaches are only responsible for the costs associated with online payment via Stripe.
Starting in January 2027, the platform plans a 10% commission This time, Rainbow is covering the Stripe fees. Padel.
The model does not include a fixed monthly subscription: the platform is paid when a booking is made through it.
A referral program should also allow coaches to extend their commission-free period by bringing other teachers onto the platform, up to a limit of five referrals.
Already 210 players and 24 coaches
After the application went online in June, the outreach to coaches really began in July.
Rainbow Padel for the moment, it is focusing its development on several important areas of French padel: Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin, Nantes, Rennes, Toulouse, Montpellier, Marseille, Lyon and Paris .
A few weeks after the start of this commercial phase, the platform announces 210 players and 24 coaches registered These figures are still modest on the scale of the French market, but they constitute a first basis before a traditionally important start to the academic year for clubs and teachers.
Gwenaëlle Gardin and Margaux Randjbar are behind the project
Rainbow Padel is carried by Gwenaëlle Gardin and Margaux Randjbar , with the aim of combining the perspective of the practitioner and that of the professional.
Gwenaëlle Gardin is a padel player in Bordeaux, while Margaux Randjbar knows the other side of the court particularly well: coach at Padel33 Bruges, she also played in the French Top 20 .

This complementarity is reflected in the application's positioning: offering players a simple way to find a teacher and track their progress, while giving coaches tools to gain visibility, organize your courses and develop your business .
In a French padel market that continues to develop, Rainbow Padel This attempts to tackle a still very fragmented link: the meeting between a player who wants to improve and a coach available to support him.
The Rainbow app Padel Is available on iOS and Android and its use is free for players.
