The recent initiative of the French Tennis Federation (FFT) results in the launch of “Session Padel", a podcast that embodies the friendliness and warmth characteristic of padel, an increasingly popular sport. Hosted by Emilie Loit, this monthly podcast brings together various experts, players and consultants to discuss padel news, both in France and internationally.

In the current episode, the focus is on the Nationale 1 interclubs, where the All In Padel Brilliantly won the men's and women's titles. Johan Bergeron, team captain, shares his thoughts on the victory and explains the strategy behind his team's formation.

The podcast also looks at the evolution of young padel players, examining their international performances, the benefits of camps in Spain, as well as future youth gatherings planned for 2024.

Yann Auradou, padel coach, steps in to provide valuable insights on volley technique: the keys to a good volley, how to perfect it, the areas to aim for, as well as practical exercises to improve this skill.

The episode closes with the “3rd Half”, an interactive session where listeners have the opportunity to ask the experts their questions.
