Le Sète Padel Club continues its rise to power. Already recognized for its dynamism and the quality of its training, the club wishes to take another step forward by recruiting a competition coach capable of supporting both young talents and adult players.
This arrival is part of an overall strategy aimed at strengthening sports coaching and offering high-level instruction, while preserving the values of conviviality that define the club's identity.
The responsibilities of the future coach
The future coach will play a central role in the club's sporting development. His main responsibilities will include:
- To frame and develop the Competition School , which already boasts many young players among the best regional and national players in the categories U10, U12 and U14 , engaged in the various National Youth Tournaments (TNJ) .
- To lead courses for adults.
- Organize and supervise internships throughout the year.
- To actively participate in the sporting development and structuring of the club.

A profile geared towards performance and transmission

The ideal candidate should present:
- A significant experience in the high level padel , as a coach and/or player.
- A genuine passion for teaching, knowledge transfer and support towards performance.
- A strong team spirit and a desire to contribute to the club's success.
The terms of collaboration will be defined according to the background and experience of the selected candidate.
