Le Tennis Club La Raquette of Villeneuve d'Ascq is proud to announce the upcoming opening of a new state-of-the-art sports complex dedicated to padel. This ambitious project, the result of a partnership between the club, the municipality, the region and the National Sports Agency, marks a new stage in the development of racket sports in Villeneuve d'Ascq.
Integrated into the Jean-Jacques stadium site and equipped with an acoustic screen of more than 600m², this complex combines sporting performance and respect for the environment.
Cutting-edge equipment for everyone
The new complex includes six semi-covered padel courts, equipped with powerful LED lighting and offering a playing height of more than 9 meters, as well as a pickleball court. These infrastructures, approved by the FFT, will allow players of all levels to practice their favorite sport in optimal conditions.
A complete offer for all ages and all levels
Beyond the infrastructure, a whole range of sports is developing. A dedicated padel school has been created to meet the growing demand and offer courses for all ages and levels. Players will thus be able to benefit from personalized support to progress quickly and effectively.

The Tennis Club La Raquette de Villeneuve d'Ascq, an association club, has continued to grow and shine for over 50 years. With more than 1270 licensees at the end of the 2024 season, Today, Raquette is a true sporting institution in the region.
A cradle of talent, the club has seen many professional players grow up, including Sarah Pitkowski, Pauline Parmentier, Sophie Erre, and Samia Medjahdi, now the club's director. With this experience, La Raquette continues to train the future stars of French tennis, while offering all its members a friendly setting and modern infrastructure.
