In the women's competition, the favorites lived up to expectations.
The number 2 seed, Julie Pecastaing / Céline Verdier , had to work hard to overcome Peggy Maignien / Magali Camps in a hard-fought semi-final. After winning the first set 7-4 in a tie-break, they saw their opponents come back into the match before finally prevailing in the decisive set: 7/5 4/6 6/1 .
In the other semi-final, the No. 1 seed, Amélie Detrivière / Catherine Lalanne confirmed its status by dominating Alexandra Yandian / Aurélie Voisin on the score of 6 / 0 6 / 3 .
The two best pairs in the tournament will therefore meet in the final for an expected showdown between the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds.

Préauchat / Kischkewitz defeat the 2nd seed
In the men's competition, the picture was much more eventful.
The sensation of the day came from Sébastien Préauchat / Nicolas Kischkewitz who pulled off the biggest upset of the tournament by eliminating the No. 2 seed, Frédéric Loriedo / Christophe Henry .
In an extremely close match, Préauchat and Kischkewitz were able to make the difference at key moments to secure the victory. 6/7 7/6 6/1 and secure their place in the final.
The Martel brothers are taking advantage of an open game
In the other part of the table, Steven Martel and John Martel continue their superb journey.
The Martel brothers benefited from an open draw after the early exit of the number 1 seed. In the semi-finals, they dominated Jean-François Planchais / Vincent Kubler in two sets: 6 / 2 6 / 3 .
