Premier Padel Finals confirm a clear trend: Padel enters a new era. Among the players present, only one exceeds the bar of 30 years, Paquito Navarro, old 35 years, while the majority of participants have less than 25 years.
A vibrant youth on the circuit
On the 16 best players qualified, close to half a Less than 25 years old. Two new faces perfectly illustrate this new dynamic:
- paul cardona, 20 years, one of the youngest at the event, symbol of a promising generation.
- Eduardo Alonso, 23 years, which confirms its steady rise thanks to good performances this season.
Paquito Navarro, witness of a generation in transition
À 35 years, Paquito Navarro is the only representative of a generation that is gradually giving way to youth. This renewal is also marked by the end of career of Fernando Belasteguín this year, a legend of world padel. The circuit is evolving, transforming and now leaves room for younger players ready to write a new page in the history of padel.
A new wave ready to take power
With players like mike yanguas (22 years), Agustín Tapia (25 years old) or even Arturo Coello (22 years old), the next generation is well and truly here. This edition of Premier Padel Finals is the symbol of this transition where young talents are taking over and establishing themselves as the future dominators of the circuit.
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
