Le 4PADEL Vaires-Torcy opened its doors on 20th January 2025 Val de Marne, in the Paris region. Kevin Vallon, director of the structure, is offering an evening with numerous activities for its inauguration on wednesday 19 march.

Located less than 20 km from Disneyland Paris, nothing better than a little game of paddle after a family weekend at the amusement park. Since the 20th January 2025, a new complex multi-rackets came out of the ground: the 4PADEL Vaires-Torcy.

9 padel courts

“We propose 9 padel courts, 4 pickleball courts, 4 squash courts. And 3 outdoor padel courts will be delivered in the coming months,” assures Kevin Vallon, director of the structure. Before taking command of the complex, he managed a complex of 5-a-side football à Bobigny, a Seine-Saint-Denis. “I wanted to move on and I appreciate the paddle for its fun side,” notes this sports enthusiast. He has practiced many sporting activities: soccer, care, judo, football and Krav Maga.

The Rise of Pickleball

Before 4PADEL does not take over the site, we could already practice the tennis, badminton and squash on the existing site. Kevin Vallon wanted to innovate by making land available pickleball. “During the first few weeks of opening, to introduce people to this sport, we offered free sessions of pickleball. Customer feedback has been positive.” After the paddle, originally from USA, pickleball is the new trendy racket sport. In January 2024, it was integrated into the French tennis federation.

For the planned inauguration wednesday 19 march, many activities are offered: “There will be a buffet, tournaments for amateur and intermediate players,” assures the director. Within the structure, seven people work on site, including four full-time employees. “We want to organize 2 to 3 tournaments per week,” he adds, in addition to the individual courses et collective offered to athletes.

“We are waiting for the approval of the Federation which should arrive in the month of Mar in order to start organizing big tournaments. We would like to be able to host a P1500. "
