Benjamin Tison  et  Maxime Forcin  once again confirm their domination on the French circuit. In the final of the  P1500 La Ciotat , the number 1 seed was able to show his consistency and mastery to overcome a tenacious pair,  Alexis Coulombeau / Jeremy Garcia , on the score of  6 / 3 7 / 6 .

 A whirlwind start 

From the first games,  Tison / Forcin  impose their rhythm. An entry break, a solid defense,  correct tactical choices  and excellent exploitation of their  left-handed-right-handed complementarity  in these fast conditions allow them to take the lead.

Opposite,  Coulombeau / Garcia  show good intentions, like Coulombeau who is very aggressive at the net and hard-hitting with his smash. But despite their efforts, too many unforced errors (20 in the first set) prevent them from realizing their potential. Result:  Tison / Forcin roll out and pocket the first set 6/3 .

 A more contested second set 

Revengeful,  Garcia / Coulombeau  attack the second act strongly.  Sharper and more precise , they quickly break to lead 5/3. But as they serve for the set, the tension is felt: the unforced errors reappear, and  Tison / Forcin , faithful to their solidity, take advantage of it to  return to 5/5 .

It all comes down to a  breathless tie-break , where the experience of the favorites makes the difference. Solid in the hot moments,  Tison / Forcin win 8/6 , thus winning their  fifth consecutive title on the French circuit .

 What's Next ? 

 Brand  will continue next week with the  FIP Silver Bandol , this time alongside his former partner and friend  Jérémy Scatena . As for  Coulombeau / Garcia , despite three unsuccessful confrontations against Tison / Forcin, they continue to  shake up certainties  and should still play spoilsport in the next events on the circuit.
