ALL IN GROUP is changing scale. The group, founded by Thierry Ascione and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, has announced a new recapitalization operation aimed in particular at accelerating the development of its ALL IN PADEL centers in France. Approximately six new projects have already been identified, either company-owned or franchised.
The development of padel in France continues to attract investors. This time, it's ALL IN GROUP supported by former professional tennis players Thierry Ascione and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga which is strengthening its resources to accelerate its deployment.
Already a shareholder since a growth capital transaction carried out in July 2023, Albarest Partners renews its support The funding round also welcomes several new investors from the Lyon economic ecosystem, including Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne a grouping around Laurent Abitbol , the family holding companies of Laurent Fiard , Christian Donzel and Aulas family and Vincent Jacquemot et thierry savage .
Six new padel centers already identified
For ALL IN GROUP, this operation must above all allow for acceleration.
The funds are intended, in particular, to acquire complementary assets and to strengthen the national network of centers ALL IN PADEL The group indicates that it has already identified an initial development plan focusing on approximately six new centers operated directly or under franchise.
The concept is no longer limited exclusively to padel. Future complexes are intended to bring together several racket sports, including... tennis, padel, pickleball or badminton , with training spaces, internships and living spaces intended for both individuals and businesses.
This strategy also reflects the evolution of the French market: after an initial phase marked by the proliferation of tracks, several players are now seeking to develop genuine networks of complexes on a national scale.
ALL IN GROUP exceeds 16 million euros in revenue
The operation comes as ALL IN GROUP has progressively structured its activities around two main areas.
The first concerns the organization of professional tennis tournaments , notably in Saint-Tropez and Thionville, as well as the Grand Prix Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, an ATP 250 tournament scheduled for October.
The second is devoted to development and management of premium padel centers , owned outright or franchised.
ALL IN GROUP today announces a consolidated revenue exceeding 16 million euros .
A new direction to support growth
This acceleration is also accompanied by an evolution in the organization of the group.
Clément Kieffer takes over as CEO of ALL IN GROUP , While Maxime Barbier will be responsible for the development of the new centers.
For Thierry Ascione and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, this new stage should allow them to significantly increase the pace of openings:
"This recapitalization represents a major strategic turning point for our group, providing us with the essential resources to significantly increase our speed of execution."
The two co-founders clearly state their ambition: to make ALL IN GROUP one of the leading brands in the padel and racket sports in France .
With six new centers already in the plans The challenge now will be to determine their locations and the schedule for upcoming openings. In any case, a new phase of development is beginning for ALL IN PADEL in the French market, where the race to establish a national network is only just getting started.
