It's not every day that a padel star decides to spice up their season with a touch of provocation. Vero Virseda, player of Premier Padel, currently ranked 14th in the world, announces her arrival on OnlyFans, promising to “show what we normally don’t see” — workouts, routines, travel, intimate everyday moments!
“Behind every game, there is a lot to see! Each game is much more complex than it seems
On my new OnlyFans channel, I reveal a side of me that we don't always share: workouts, routines, travels and moments from my daily life.
If you want to follow me more closely, I'll be waiting for you there,” she explains.
A turning point “à la Iglesias”
Virseda is not a pioneer in the world of padel to take this step. We remember Victoria Iglesias, another Spanish padel player, who also took the OnlyFans step. Proof that the padel industry is (re)thinking its revenue models?
The OnlyFans “Pro Pádel” initiative (featured on their blog) seems to indicate that the platform no longer considers its creators as marginal, but as professionals in their own right. In other words: yes, you can be a padel champion and a paid content creator.
Of course, this kind of decision doesn't come without its controversies. Some purists might cry "sensational touch." Others will see this approach as a modern form of empowerment: the athlete managing their brand, their content, their narrative.
The arrival of an OnlyFans “supplement” could be seen as a bold gamble or a saturation move depending on the angle.
This reminds us that padel, like many other sports, is slowly sliding towards a mixed model: competition + personal content + direct monetization.
